Description of Work: I contacted them to trim 2 Globe Willow trees in our front yard. I called 4 trimmers and he was 1 of 2 to respond. The other bid was for $1,400. I called and scheduled and he came over within a day or two. They started on a Sunday afternoon and were finished by Monday evening. They trimmed them well and got them away from the roof. They did leave some suckers on the trees and cracked a flower pot we had sitting near the house. But all in all we were satisfied with the service and the price. And they did leave us some of the shred for our garden areas.

 + -1 moreMy job instructions were ignored even after many conversations. Most upsetting is tharthat I asked them not to blow chips all over my vehicles several times but to no avail. They did it for three days.
Description of Work: Cut down four trees and stump out two of them. Showed up without equipment needed -asking if they could borrow tools. Didn't listen to my instructions-just did what they wanted. Did not complete 3 tasks. argumentative. Very expensive , high pressured -ethical issues and overall a very horrible experience for me.

Description of Work: They removed 4 large cottonwoods I checked with the forestry department ,970-254-3821 to make sure they were licensed and they confirmed that they had a class A forestry license. and insured which is rare for a tree service.

 + -1 moreThis company does not promptly return phone calls, nor listen to their voicemail. We were given an estimate for the removal of a tree. I told Mike that we would be getting additional estimates. When I did not get satisfactory answers from other contractors, I left Mike a message in the early a.m. telling him I would like to speak with him about scheduling the work. He did not return my call that day. Meanwhile, we got another estimate which we decided to use. I left Mike a message (24 hours after I left a message asking him to call me) letting him know that we would not be needing his services after all. A few minutes later I received another message from Mike saying that he would be at my house within a couple of hours. I left two more messages telling him that I no longer needed his services and apologizing for confusion (which was not on my part). Had he listened to his voicemail, or answered his phone, he would have known what was going on, possibly had the opportunity to match the other estimate, and would not have missed this work.
Description of Work: No services were actually performed.
