My job instructions were ignored even after many conversations. Most upsetting is tharthat I asked them not to blow chips all over my vehicles several times but to no avail. They did it for three days.

They were on time, had the equipment and manpower, finished very quickly, and cleaned up.

everyone was happy it was done quickly with minimal impact.

This company does not promptly return phone calls, nor listen to their voicemail. We were given an estimate for the removal of a tree. I told Mike that we would be getting additional estimates. When I did not get satisfactory answers from other contractors, I left Mike a message in the early a.m. telling him I would like to speak with him about scheduling the work. He did not return my call that day. Meanwhile, we got another estimate which we decided to use. I left Mike a message (24 hours after I left a message asking him to call me) letting him know that we would not be needing his services after all. A few minutes later I received another message from Mike saying that he would be at my house within a couple of hours. I left two more messages telling him that I no longer needed his services and apologizing for confusion (which was not on my part). Had he listened to his voicemail, or answered his phone, he would have known what was going on, possibly had the opportunity to match the other estimate, and would not have missed this work.
