The company was in high demand this fall and I could not get an appointment for 5 weeks. However, when he and his assistant came, they thoroughly went through the house very methodically and removed and washed all the louvered vents and allowed them to dry outside. They took apart the furnace so they could attach their equipment to suck out the ductwork. My house is 60 years old and this had never been done. The dirt and items they removed from the ducts was shocking. I feel they did an outstanding job, explaining and answering my questions. His pricing was $250 less than the other company I had  contacted. I am very happy with the results (breathing is notably improved) and will certainly use this company in the future.

He was able to make it a little early, which is wonderful, and made sure to call first. Once they arrived they explained the whole process to me, and showed me how they do things along the way so I was able to see before and after the system was cleaned. I even learned a little more about how my system works. It took a little longer than I had anticipated, but it is a much more involved process than I had thought as well. He is very friendly and pleasant to work with. I was a little hesitant about the extra cost of having my furnace cleaned up, but now I am actually the happiest about having it cleaned after seeing how dirty it was! I am very happy with the service, and would gladly recommend them.

Mike did such a thorough job with the dryer vent cleaning and was so obliging that I hired him to clean all furnace vents while the old furnace was removed; and the job was complete that day beofre the new furnace was installed. A very good feeling to have healthier indoor air.

Efficient and great service and response time.

I called the company earlier in the day. Received a call from them and they arrived for an estimate within an hour. After a walk through and an explanation of the process . I was erady to schedule an appointment. Fortunately he was able to do it immediately. Total time 2 hours.

I called because my heating vents were really discusting. There had a been a family that lived here before me and had children. I found plenty of scary things in the heating vents that I thought needed to be cleaned out and I was not the one to do them. I called and within three hours he was at my house and ready to go. He first checked out underneath the house to make sure that none of the air ducts would be compromised when he hooked up the suction and it all looked fine. Then he checked out the heater made sure it was functioning properly. He then opened all of the vents and put these pads on them. He hooked up the huge hose and made sure that the line would work. He then began to suck all of this junk out of my air ducts and used this whip to clean the stuff that was stuck in the bottom. After that he used a chemical to clean the bottom of the ducts and cleaned up his entire mess. We then turned the heater up and where there wasn't any air flow before, there was now. He did a great job and was knowledgeable and quick.
