Well from the beginning I received a call after visiting your website from this pro. on March 9th they came out to the house to give me an estimate for the project it was $6800.50. I agreed to than hire them for the job and was told they would start it around the last week of April. Due to the winter temperatures. So I than scheduled a two week vacation to be here for the start of the project, The first week came and went no communication from them so I called them on the second week of my vacation and received an response back that the family had covid in which put them behind schedule, but during this time they never reached out to inform me of anything unless I call first. They than said they would be here by the weeks end to start the demo and that was on the April 27th so I waited so long and than called again and was told something came and it would be Monday Apr. 30th. Finally showed on that Monday to Demo the old patio and poured on that following Monday May 9th the first half of the payment was than payed and on may 12th Richard came and cleaned up there equipment and collected the other half of the payment and told my son that the patio had to cure for thirty days and than a seal would be put on. They were called again by my son to set up the day they would be here to seal the patio and that time was the week of June 10th. Well that time is now passed and not so much as a call. I have cracks throughout this new patio and have now the expense of sealing it ourselves when this was all figured in the quoted costs. I thought these guys were going to be decent but no integrity, just took the money and did not finish the job. Sad fact would have used them for another job next year but not anymore. Felt you should know who uses your site.
