To whom it may concern :
Approximately three yrs. ago, Coppersmith plumbing replaced our
water heater with a Rinnai tank-less water heater & Rinnai air handler because of a coupon Coppersmith had in the super coupon savings book received in the mail on Rinnai. My brother in Italy has a Rinnai system as well & has said they are the best. 
 We have had nothing but problems since I bought this system !!!!!!!!!!! The main reason we went with Rinnai was quality & to have more space in our storage area etc..RINNAI has STANDARDS & SPECIFICATIONS THAT WERE NOT FLOWED & that is why we have continual problems & Coppersmith did not even offer to replace the old 1984 model thermostat with Rinnais. No options were given to us as far as where we wanted the heater mounted etc....We have had several companies come out with many options since & found an adjustment wrong on the furnace for this altitude that Coppersmith missed. Coppersmith ran the only vent output the Rinnai has right next to our outside circuit breaker box & we smell gas when the water heater & heater are working when we are outside on the deck or just working around the back of the house.
 We had unregulated water in the main shower with our existing faucet & they had to put a new one because they said it was not working right with the Rinnai allowing cold showers constantly !!!!              
I still do not understand why we received several options on how this system should have been installed & have received nothing from Coppersmith except offering to install a different system. I have reported them to the B.B.B. as well.                                            Rinnai is a great system & we sure wish we would have chosen a company that knows this equipment & options. Now it will cost us more to re-do the piping etc...

As aways, Chris and his associate were prompt, friendly and very helpful. I have my window swamp cooler removed from the window each Fall and have Coppersmith put it back up each Spring. I wanted it moved to a different window this time so they removed the hooks that hold the cooler from one window and installed them in another. Chris even offered to caulk the holes in the wall at the previous position but I said I would caulk and paint them.  He offered again before he left.  I've used Coppersmith for the last 9 years and have always appreciated their service.

They had no idea the how the Rinnai air handler furnace would work with the Rinnai tankless water heater. We had other companies come out & inspect things & pointed out several options that we were not informed about. A particular local company came out & found the setting was wrong for the altitude on the water heater & spent almost 4 hours explaining our options on how things should have been installed for more room ! They only charged us 45 dollars. Coppersmith used cheap valves in the copper piping (that looks like a maze !) which allows for cold showers occasionally. to this day. We are very grateful to have a wood burning stove to heat the house when the Rinnai was not heating properly.

Very friendly plumber came to our house on a saturday to fix a boiler problem.  He was really great, polite, punctual.  Then the bill came with a 50% increase in the hourly rate than what was quoted to me before he came out.  We had a small problem with the repair - he forgot to bleed the air out of system which they later came back out to fix at no cost.  Otherwise no problem with the work.

They are very reliable and do very good work. We've used them for 14 years, ever since we built this home. They are very good about getting out to you quickly, and sending someone who really knows what they're doing.

I have been very happy with my experiences with Coppersmith Plumbing CO Inc. It ended up taking longer than expected. They ran into some issues but I was pleasantly surprised when the work was done. They are very professional. The worker that came was kind and respectful. The owner is very wonderful. I am very pleased with their work. They were always on time. I will continue to use them in the future.

Came home one evening to find water on the garage floor. Leaking pressure tank for the hot water heater. Called Coppersmith at 6:39 and Chris arrived at 7 pm to change the tank. Done in ten minutes. Very professional.

It was better than I expected.  Good communication with the company before hand about the problems that existed and Matt came prepared to solve those problems.  He got in and out in a little under and hour and did a great job.  Was really shocked when we got the bill.  Was extremely reasonable.  I had expected to pay a lot more than the final bill based on past experiences with plumbers.  Will use them for all my future plumbing needs

Excellent! They were on time. Came in slightly below bid. Wore booties and gloves to work in the house. They explained how to work the unit and came prepared with all the paperwork including the rebate form for Excel Energy, which they assisted in filling out. Couldn't be happier!

They were very responsive,friendly, reliable, their quality of work was good, and they are reasonably priced.
