They came out to do the warranty work that another company had screwed up for Home Depot.  They took the inside portion of the unit with controls to their shop and made a "box" for it.  Came back, set it in and said it was fixed.  The overall a/c and heating portion did work better (I will give them that), however, the controls on front of the panel where the indicator lights are in which to gauge if your filter is needing cleaned, etc. would no longer work.  So I called back to make another appt.  Instead of them making & keeping it,  the office personnel girl told me that when they were going to be "in my area" again that she would call and set something up.  This never happened!!   I continued to call to get someone to come out for ALMOST A YEAR  but without any success.  This could have been a "front desk" problem.  However, when you're in business, this is where it all begins.
My only conclusion is that they did not know what to do with the unit initially and what they did do destroyed the front panel and now they don't want to be responsible for it.  I should have called Home Depot and reported them but after all that time I was furious and so discouraged with both.  I mean I'm talking a time line of 2008 for initial installation with (Home Depot)  and a fly-by-night company they had subcontracted to and it not working then.  To constantly calling for help for years before they sent these individuals who do not want to work "out of their area".  They should have realized this when they took on a large company as Home Depot to be a subcontractor for.   I just decided never to deal with either party again.
So please, if you're not in the "Grand Junction" area, please DO NOT use these people because you will have the hardest time getting them to show up at your door.  If they do, and end up braking your unit,  they will not own up to it being their fault.

Showed up when they said they would. Their work was fast and efficient. It was for my mother's home and she says her 9-year-old  cooler hasn't run this well since new. A little pricier than some but not bad. Excellent quality.

It was a good experience. They were very professional. It went in very quick and smooth.  They had to use a crane to get it onto the roof. I thought it went very well. I had no problems at all.

I called the after hours service and got a call back within 5 mins. Bill walked me thur the things to check before he came to the house. I appreciate that . Told me the charge for service call up front. He was courteous and friendly and I had my heat back on in no time. I would recommend him for any heating problem.

I was in the middle of chemo and my heater quit, it was in Dec. 72 degrees helped me right away, no waiting. The price was good too. They also put in a/c at that time which is very nice to have.

We fired them in the project. They were very unresponsive. They weren't very productive in the work either. We ended up going with a more reliable company. They were nice people, but the outcome was not good.

The owner, Bill came and met with us for several hours. He was great about listening to our needs and goals for the project. The then supplied us with lots of valuable information about the options available and made recommendations that he felt would best meet our needs. He did this in a manner that was less of a sales presentation and more of a consultant. He pointed out ways we could save money with both the upfront costs and over the long run. He is very pleasant and friendly and was great to work with. The project was scheduled for a couple weeks out and delayed a day because of a delay from the supplier and another because of weather, but neither were a problem. Bill's son, Jason and a very friendly assistant (a honorably discharged vet) performed the work. They were exceptionally polite, respectful of our home and courteous. Each trip in or out of the house (and there were hundreds) involved the crew putting on or removing blue booties to prevent tracking in dirt. They installed the furnace and swamp cooler into our 1970s home as part of a large efficiency remodel project. The install required them to make several custom alterations to adapt to the existing conditions which they did very capably and with no extra cost to us. When the old fuse for the furnace died a few days after install (and on the first cold day of fall) the owner came out personally to find and fix the problem. Great service! Great products! I am a very satisfied customer!!!
