Jim and his crew were prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. They got along with other contractors [flooring and granite] and a designer. They were always willing to work around my hours [I work nights] and consistently cleaned up any mess and stowed their tools in a trailer outside. I have been through a previous remodeling experience of similar magnitude and this was as pleasant an experience as it could be! Jim has good ideas about what will work, suggesting undercabinent lighting, for example; and came in under bid price.
