I got some medication for my dog who has arthritis. I've been going to see them since 1998.

registering have called twice to this clinic and every other pet clinic in town, including our emergency vet clinics. Once for a cat who we thought might have broken her leg. They could here my children crying, the cat screaming, and yet, would not see us because we didn't have all the money up front. I had called another time AFTER registering on this site, because the reviews were excellent. My daughters boyfriends cat was sick with an upper respiratory problem and we thought she could possibly have feline leukemia and wanted to get her tested. Same thing- No full payment- no dice. Disappointing. Considering that these vets got into this profession to supposedly help sick animals.
Just so everyone knows- NONE of the vets in Grand Junction will take a pet on an emergency basis unless you have ALL the money up front. Not even the emergency vet. They are all unwilling to work with you at all. Sad.

My cat was yowling at night OFTEN. I took her to get spayed and immunized, they took great care of her and she did really well! Everyone was kind and QUICK. My kittie had to spend the night because she is itty bitty, but now she is happy and healthy!

I have taken my Girls, Charlotte a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Scout a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, to Amigo since I adopted them in Oct. 2010. The team at Amigo has been AMAZING with them. My girls were puppy mill rescues and needed a lot of extra care and attention. We have worked with three different Docs down there; and, each has been GREAT. The Girls were in the office pretty regular there at the beginning and by the time they were fixed at 6th months, they didn't need to go in again, except for an ear infection, until the yearly shots were due. I would highly recommend them for all their services! They have been very kind and wonderful with my new fur kids and I appreciate their compassion for animals. They have always been fairly priced and have even beat 1-800-petmeds on the heart worm medication. I was SHOCKED and pleasantly surprised!!!!

They do such a great job and care so genuinely for my pets. I have a Lab that they have treated with wonderful care. I also have a Weimermier who was 15 pounds over weight. The vet gave me advice I'd never heard of before by mixing a can of green beans a day with his food. My dog lost 15 pounds and looks amazing and feels so much better. I was so impressed with this doctor and always have been. However, my dog won't eat without his vegetables anymore!!
