Two men came when they said they would. They removed the old hot water heater (took it w/ them) and installed the new hot water heater. There were a few fitting problems and they were handled professionally and expertly. It was all done in less than an hour.

They came and got me running again in a couple hours same day service

The most recent work we had done was due to a high flow rate coming into the residence that was above the recommended level. They came out, installed the needed equipment and educated us on follow up adjustments should they be needed.

They did a good job. It was $450 for the gas leak and $65 for cleaning the heater. They came out right in the middle of the night. It was a very cold evening. They got to right to work. There are couple of other plumbing companies come out and sort of opt out of doing the job because of the weather. They found the leak and got it taken care of for us very quickly and professionally. They were good.
