"We are glad to hear you were happy with our work. As far as the pricing - we have a 2 hour minimum (not 3 hour) and that price is for a 4 man crew two hour minimum. There are several other moving companies in town that have a 4 hour minimum - they also charge fuel surcharges and we do not for local moves."
"We are unable to locate any record of this job. Was this possibly done under a different name? In general we do not give a "quote," for local jobs, we give an "estimate" based on the information given to us by the customer. Sometimes the scope of work changes when we get to the job site. $700 for a two man crew is over 7 hours, which we generally do not send only two men, which leads me to believe that the scope of work did change. Also I do not understand why a review was not given until a year after the fact.[member name removed], if you can call us or get a hold of us with more information, we would like to investigate this further."
