 + -1 moreI called first to make sure they could work on my vintage sewing machine. Upon dropping it off, I was initially told by Jim, "i won't work on that, it's too old, someone else will have to service it", and stormed off. The girl at the register told me to not mind him, he's always cranky. I returned a week later, only to find that my machine now works much worse than previous, even though I was told it worked great. Bringing it back again, for a 2nd review, only to be yelled at by Jim again. I have my machine now and no it does not work well. Waste of $80.00. Very poor customer service.
