AS SOON AS YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR YOU ARE GREETED AND AN EMPLOYEE IS IMMEDIATELY PAGED TO HELP, YOU FIND THE PRODUCTS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. UNLIKE THE "BIG BOX STORES" YOU WON'T GET ANY BLANK STARES HERE, IN FACT YOU WON'T HEAR " I DON'T KNOW' MUCH EITHER..
