My builder asked that I go to another flooring store, and I asked to go to Abbey, Great decision! Not only did they have a huge selection, they also had competitive prices and great installers. The tile turned out beautiful, the laminate looks great, and the carpet is soft and easy to clean! I cannot find the seams in the carpet either! They are extremely easy to work with, very responsive and let me customize everything just the way we wanted. I would highly recommend that you go see them!

They did a good job.

We had a hot water boiler leak adjacent to the main bathroom, which soaked into a good portion of the bathroom sub-flooring, warped it and therefore, also ruined the vinyl on that floor. Our home owners insurance had done a damage estimate and already sent us a check. So I called Jeff Gillespie at Abbey Carpet, told him the situation and that we needed an estimate for the replacement. Jeff came to the house later that day, took measurements and then also suggested as soon as possible, for me to come to the store to look at the floor samples. I came to the store the next day and with Jeff's help, picked out a very nice looking vinyl; much nicer, and an upgrade from the and quot;genericand quot; vinyl we were replacing, which of course, helps the value of the house. Jeff was very professional in all aspects of the work, and gave us a very reasonable estimate that included the vinyl and all installation expense. I paid half of the cost up front, with the other half due when the work was finished. The work crew showed up on time, was courteous and professional, working quickly and efficiently. And in a timely manner, my new flooring looked beautiful!! I highly recommend Abbey Carpet for any flooring need.

numerous calls have resulted in and Abbey rep coming out twice to inspect the floor and installation. The rep told us that the floor had been installed properlly and the fault was with the flooring itsel. They then had the factory rep come out and inspect it and I was told he found the floor not to be up to standard. Jim, Abbey Manager, has submitted the informaation the the manufactures numerous times,by his claim, but they have been very slow to react , this from him 3 weeks ago. A call to him today I got the same answer. This all started in October of 2012 it is now mid May of 2013....My patience is running thin

Abbey did a great job. It took about three weeks for them to get the materials in, but after they did, they scheduled the job and got it done quickly and efficiently. Their work looks great. This is the second time we've used Abbey Carpet and Flooring and they have done very good jobs for us both times. They also have good follow-up and accountability.

They did a good job all the way across, and I would use them again without any problems.

We spent a lot of time with Jeff looking at samples and taking them home. Jeff's knowledge of the product was excellent and helpful. The prices for carpeting (and previously for tile) that we got from Abbey were the best we could find. They have consistently low prices. The installation process went very well. We had a couple of issues that were fixed without hesitation.
