AA Alignment And Brakes

When I called to make an appointment to have my brakes and struts inspected, I was told to come in on Monday at noon. I planned my day around this appointment. When I showed up on Monday at noon, they did not know I was coming. The owner came out and put me in the computer, then disappeared into the shop again without saying anything more. The woman working in the office mentioned that the owner has a bad habit of not writing down appointments. I settled in to wait, and after about half an hour, the woman working in the office commented that they were not working on my car yet. I asked her to check and see how long it would be before they'd get started. She checked and it was going to be an hour and a half. They knew I was sitting there waiting but made no mention of the fact that they were going to be an hour and a half late for my appointment. I got my keys back and left. A complete waste of my time.

Very professional, the quality of work is high from these people. Truck drivers so much better now! Took about an hour, which is just what they said. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used to work there. They are really good at finding what the problem is. They don't just sell car parts and make assumptions. They get down to really what is going on. I don't waste a lot of money. There is no emotional attachment and if they were not good I would have definitely found some other place. If they were not doing a good job I would have found someone else.

After my car overheated I took it into the shop and they performed an inspection to find out what the problem was, they figured out that I had a bad thermostat so they replaced the thermostat and thermostat housing gaskets for me while I waited for the work to be completed. I have also had numerous other vehicles and repairs done, and have nothing bad to say about the company.
