 + -1 moreHe came over to the house to see what needed to be done and gave me an estimate the following day. The only thing that occurred out of what was anticipated is that an additional weak spot was found on the roof and repaired immediately.
Description of Work: The north side of the house along where the sidewalk abuts the house was caulked, a programmable thermostat was installed, roof was repaired on both sides of the gable where water had seeped under the shingles, and he removed old caulk and installed new caulk around the kitchen sink.
