1st Choice was great to work with. The gentleman was professional and honest. He stated after checking out the roof that he thought the problem was related to condensation but that he could not be completely sure as he is not a specialist with metal roofs. Said what he would do if it were him to fix the problem but that he was not comfortable that the problem would be solved. He said he would love to do the work but that I should try to find someone who was more of a metal roof expert. Said I could call him to bounce ideas off of or if I had any questions. Would like to say thanks for the honesty!

They did a wonderful job. I've since referred them to a general contractor I know and he's decided after his first experience with them to have 1st Choice do all his future roofing jobs.
