1 Stop Computer Shop

They found my Canon 190 printer was missing a part.  They said they would order it.  They didn't.  After several calls from myself it was apparent they hadn't looked for a part and didn't intend to.  They said I just needed a new one.  I had already bought a cartridge after they said they could fix it.  I asked them to recommend a new printer.  They said they'd research it and get back to me.  They did not.  When I first placed the order, I told them I wanted Netflix streaming set up.  They never addressed this.  They told me if I had problems with the NeatDesk to call them.  They had also set up a link so they could get into my computer and help me without coming out.  I did have problems with it.  I called them for tech support.  They said they'd have to research it, cause they didn't have the manual and get back to me.  They never got back to me or tried to get into my computer from their end.  After two weeks of no tech support and a lot of frustration, my son (who incidentally was a previous customer, a friend of theirs and had sent my business to them) called and asked them to treat me like any other customer, no better and no worse.  Still no returned phone call from them  so I went to return the NeatDesk.  Bob acted very stiff with me.  They said they'd have to charge a $50 restocking fee.  I decided I could not trust these people to refund my money so I left.  I tried, again, to get the NeatDesk to work.  No go.  I called them on the 14th, within the 30 day period for returns, and left a message.  They did not return my call.  Basically, they said they fixed the printer in the invoice, they did not.  I still do not have a working printer, Netflix, nor can I operate my NeatDesk----all the things I retained them to do.  If I were a large business, I am sure I would have received better service because they would want repeat business.  If you are a single woman, disabled senior citizen....forget it.
