Bryan and his crew were amazing. Our insurance company would only cover two sides of the house and after Bryan spent a lot of time arguing with them, he ended up getting the other two sides painted. His crew was remarkable. Cleaned up after themselves, put things back and always showed up on time. They were a higher price than some other companies, but there professionalism and customer service definitely made it worth it. I would go for quality over cheap. They will get the job done right.

We're going to have them paint the outside of the house probably some time next year. They did a really good job. They had competitive pricing, they used good quality materials, and they got it done on time.

A few hiccups with scheduling, other than that it was fine.

The quote was slightly higher than some of the other quotes we received, but we decided to go with them due to some extra steps they took when completing the job. Their crew was polite and responsive to feedback. They had great attention to detail and were able to give good suggestions on what would look best. They even did a few small extras, like painting our mailbox on the house so it looked nice and new again. Very pleased.

I was very impressed with Tall Pines Painting. Bryan was excellent to work with and responsive on providing me with quotes for the work to be completed. Jorge was friendly, professional and always responsive to my requests during the work as it was being completed. The crews worked efficiently and we had our entire inside of the home painted in a matter of a week. They did such a nice job that we hired them to paint the exterior of our home as well. I would hire them again and recommend to anyone who wants a quality paint job.

I purchased the deal for a one hour color consultation with Tall Pines. Kelly, our Consultant, was fantastic. She called and scheduled an appointment with us, and even rescheduled at the last minute when my wife had a conflict. She showed up right when she said she would and we got to work.Kelly has a great eye for color and design and was able to distinguish subtleties that we would have never been able to on our own. We walked through the house room by room and built a color pallet that flowed throughout the whole house. Kelly even sat on the floor with us to help us choose the right carpet. The next day I got an email from her that detailed all of the decisions we had made, and she even ordered sample color cards to be sent to our house.Kelly helped us make the choices we would have never been able to make on our own. We knew the direction we wanted to go, but we didn't have the confidence to make all the decisions on our own. Kelly really got us moving in the right direction. We are very happy with the service we received, and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of making an update like this.

Great! Showed up on time, worked very hard with minimal disturbance to me (I work from home). Came back promptly to clean up a few paint splatters on the windows. Absolutely perfect! Looks like this is a job that will last.

This review is a little different. I used Tall Pines Painting because they were listed on Angie's list with good reviews and Yelp reviews were very good. They were more than other bids I had taken but I was trying to buy peace of mind. In the end they made up for the difference.

I was disappointed and left a review on Yelp. The owner Bryan contacted me after reading my review and stated that my service had not been up to his standards and offered to correct all the problems. To his credit he did! I am very appreciative that he actually took the time to make a customer HAPPY. It seems in this day and age there are not many companies that will go back and really make an effort to correct any wrongs after their fee is collected.

Very professional, responsive and reasonably priced.

On both occasions, they responded to our request quickly and on the second occasion were even able to fit us in within a day. Talk about instant gratification! :) Alberto was the main person working on our house and we were very happy with him. He is pleasant, did a good job and cleaned up after they were done.

The crew that Bryan sent over was fantastic. 3 guys who were right on time, very courteous, and extremely professional. they did a fantastic job and they did it in exactly the amount of time they said it would take. I didnt feel like I had to stay home as these are really good people.and their work is fantastic! it was sort of a big job with the big, high interior walls but they put 3 coats of paint on and it looks great!much better than the last painting company I hired,probably because they are all direct emloyees (not subcontractors) and Tall PInes seems to be very careful about who they hire. Hire this team if you have a painting job!!

All workers were very punctual and well groomed.
Very courteous and pleasant.
Taped and covered all unpaintable parts, ie, door knobs, etc.
5 days of work all when well.
1.  I may be picky, but I found an empty sports drink bottle left on the front grass and cigarette butts found in backyard.
2.  I believe the painters may have washed their paint brushes in the Corian sink which may be ruined.  Will speak with the owner.
Quality paint was used at our request with no additional charge.
We used the companies' color consultant.  Kelly was very helpful in choosing the ideal colors.

Everything went well.  It took a little longer than originally planned due to a malfunctioning sander.  I bought a deal from Angie's List and Tall Pines exceeded my expectations in their delivery.  All of the old paint was sanded off and cleaned up and then painted with the original paint color.  It looks great!

Very knowledgeable.  Toured my house.  Asked me questions on what I wanted to achieve, upcoming work that might effect a decision, what I didn't like about the current colors.  Then she pulled from her notebooks paint swatch pages of colors that would look good with the current layout and colors I liked from questions she asked me.  

When we had a pile of colors we then rated them.  Some in the "no way" pile, some in the "maybe" pile and some in the "lets place these in rooms and look" piles. Took these samples and looked at them against existing furniture/accessories.  Decided on 4 basic colors for 5 areas..

 1.  Trim, doors, windows, ceilings
 2.  2 bedrooms
 3.  Living space
 4.  kitchen
 5.  bathroom

She then emailed from her office the choices and passed my contact info on so I could get a paint work estimate.

About a week later contact sheets came from Benjamin Moore with the color choices.

It was okay. The work was okay. They cancelled one date and they came out on another date but it was fine because it wasn’t a problem at all.

Very professional interactions with the vendor.   Once a date was set, they completed it as promised and did a great job.

I set up a date and they came out. I didn’t even have to be home for them to provide the service. They did everything I asked and it went smoothly. I was happy with the service.

Punctual, prompt, laid down covers on all furniture, cleaned up after finished, worked quickly. Terrific job!

Did what they said they would do.  Everything looked good. 

We loved working with Tall Pines! Bryan was great to work with, he's professional and personable, necessary traits for a successful project! Bryan was very prompt scheduling our initial meeting, he was extremely helpful answering questions and offering recommendations. Bryan's teams were very respectful of our home, flexible with our schedules (we have three little kids), and extremely thorough with their work. We would not hesitate to recommend Tall Pines!

Excellent work, very detailed in cleaning the gutters and any debris that fell to the ground.  They called that they were delayed and arrived in the time they thought they would. I would definitely ask for their service in 2014.  I have a tall 2 story home and they were prepared and worked professionally.
