Came quickly as promised. Looked over stuff we wanted to sell and chose what she wanted. Thought the prices given were a little low based on what she is asking for the same items but, she does have to make a profit.

Suzan responded to my phone call promptly and after I described what I wished to sell, we made an appointment. It was a pleasant experience helped by Suzan's friendly, warm personality. We discussed the items for sale with some provinence and I was pleased with the total price she gave. I would definitely recommend her service.

Our meeting at my home went very well. She came to my home on a Sunday morning to go over the items I had to sell. While she was professionally selective I feel she paid a fair price for what she did buy. When she later discovered some items in a large lot of hundred year old postcards, included in her purchases, were worth more than what she paid for them she mailed a check to me even when I told her it was her expertise that gave value to that which would otherwise have been thrown out or given away. We spent over an hour going over the items for sale often using a magnifying glass and referring to the web for information and price comparisons when possible. She paid by check which I quickly cashed almost two weeks ago. Value of her purchase was about $1000. She called me about a week later to let me know that she was sending a check for an additional $100 for some postcards that were undervalued during the meeting for sheer volume. I wish I had the time to visit her business, so as to review it here, but it is in another city from where I live. She sells on the website Rubylane.com
