 + -1 moreDerek and his entire crew were delightful to work with. They started and completed the job as defined in the contract and went above and beyond with their customer service level. Although the contract allowed 3 - 3X3 samples we had a problem with determining the proper colors and they worked with us on this at no added charge. The workmanship is superb and the patio is beautiful. Their bid was extremely competitive and we are sure that their workmanship equals or exceeds the far more expensive bids we received. This was a positive experience and the patio enhances our mountain view and our back yard.
Description of Work: #3 rebar mat reinforcement, placed 3' on center, 2-3" road base compaction, brickform color products, super seal 4000 sealant, saw cutting control joints, concrete strength of 4000 PSI, patio 4" thick, choice of pattern and 3 color selection, 3-3X3 samples provided prior to job start. Contractor started work approximately 14 days after contract acceptance and will be substantially completed approximately 7 days working thereafter, subject to delays caused by acts of God, stormy weather, uncontrollable labor trouble or unforeseen contingencies.

 + -1 moreWorking with Derrick and his team was fantastic. From the time we received the quote to the time when we scheduled and completed the service, he was available to answer the many questions we had and walk us through anything where we needed help. One of our favorite things about going with Derrick is that he provided 3 real-life 3x3 samples of the color combinations we had narrowed down to so we were able to see how the colors looked on concfrete, as opposed to just looking at a piece of paper. Their scheduling was prompt and the crews that came to our house were all not only professional, but all of them could have been the "lead" as they all had a great understanding and knowledge of what they were doing, so we were able to ask questions of everyone on the crew. The service was quick and our patio turned out great. I wish I had a need for another patio, I would not hesitate to hire again!
Description of Work: Installed a decorative concrete patio (~1000 square feet) - stamped, colored concrete, with decorative saw cuts. Also repaired a crack in the front walk.
