Milo, Jesus, and Alex were everything we expected. They were there every time they said they would be and kept an eye on the results. We were very pleased with their work and would use them again

This company came out to give an estimate and were very careful to clarify their estimate and work to be done and promised to provide the lowest rate possible. They brought out fans to dry hardwood floor and said they would watch to see if the floor needed replacing, cleaned and dried the carpets and pads, cleaned tile, removed baseboards. Checked dryers every day for 6 days. Tented the floor for additional drying. Advised status of flooring every day - we did not need replacements. Replaced all baseboards accurately. The owners were very sympathetic and very accessible when we had any questions. Their work was professional, they charged us a very reasonable amount and the employees really knew about flooring and the best way to get this done. This was the third flood in a year (twice during and after September 2013 flood)so we had experience and this company was, by far, the best! Highly recommend their services!!
Description of Work: Placed dryers around basement, dried carpets, removed baseboards and put back on.
