Great, as usual. Sage Valley always has room for cats, and have an extra large kennel for cats who get along well. I have used Sage Valley 5 or 7 times in the last year, and have never been disappointed. I know that my cats get personal attention and affection from the staff every day, and that they get to stretch their legs once a day in the cat room while their kennel is being cleaned.

They are the best kennel I've ever found.  They don't put the large animals with the small ones.  Their price is reasonable, I haven't boarded my dog for a year, as he's been ill, but in the 2-3 years I've had him, he has stayed any where from 20 days to overnight, and everything went fine.   I recommend them, give them the highest marks, and will continue to use them in the future. 

I've used them both for boarding and grooming.  It's been a while since I've use them for boarding.  I give them top marks on everything, that's why I use them, they are the best kennel I've ever found, and they do what they're supposed to do.  They don't put the big animals with the small ones, and their prices are reasonable.  My dog has been ill for a year and I haven't taken him to be boarded.  He has stayed in the kennel 20 days to overnight, since I've had him for 2-3 years,  and everything went fine.  I would recommend them.  I give them top ratings and will continue to use them in the future. 

I spent $120 on them. They are very affordable and very accommodating. However, I do not feel the dogs are cared for. My dogs came back home with pressure sores from lying on cement kennels. They are kept locked up in the kennels for too long. I will not use them again in the future.

Sage Valley is the best kennel we've found on the west side. The employees are friendly and caring. The facility is clean and well maintained. You need to book well in advance for holiday weekends. At least 4 - 6 weeks, Maybe more. Highly recommended.

My dog has since passed, but I boarded her at Sage Valley many times in the previous few years. The facilities are on a par with, or better than others I've tried, and the prices were cheaper than most. The staff is really warm and friendly, and were clearly wonderful to my dog. She was pretty shy, but loved the people at Sage Valley and they loved her. I could travel without worry, knowing I was leaving my doggie in good hands. I always had them bathe her (for an additional fee) before I picked her up. I would always take her special blanket & toys, and they would usually launder those before pickup as well. The facility is a very long drive for me, but well worth the trip.

We have boarded our two large dogs at at Sage Valley before, but not again. Each time when we have picked up the dogs, there was lots of extra dog food left over. One dog has come back each time with bleeding pressure sores. This time, they came back with aweful kennel cough. Despite having the Bortatella vaccine, we found out that doesn't work on all strains. This is understandable. The staff not noticing the obvious horrible cough, not telling us about it, and exposing other dogs that had come in to be groomed is not acceptable. Finally, the dogs reeked of urine and smelled really bad when we picked them up; we just don't feel they are getting good, quality care at Sage Valley.
