PRQ Exteriors was founded in 2014 in Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas. We specialize in partnering with insurance companies for storm restoration claims and our goal is to provide you with the highest quality exterior remodeling that will protect and enhance your home or building. You can be confident that we will stand behind our workmanship and be assured that only first-rate materials are installed according to the latest industry standards. At PRQ Exteriors, we only use what the insurance claim amounts to and not a penny more, or less! We handle all paper work, appointments, hassle and headache from insurance companies. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy your new roof, windows, gutters and/or paint job!

PRQ is awesome! My roof was damaged in a hail storm and PRQ helped us get it fully approved by our insurance. Our roof was at the end of it’s life, so the timing couldn’t have been any better. The experience was flawless from beginning to end. A+ communication and a spotless clean up job. They’re team is made up of all classy and caring individuals. We also had them complete a few commercial repairs on a couple of our investment properties. They were very punctual and solved our problems. No more leaks!

Fact: We had to pay a different company $125 to have our gutters cleaned of roofing materials after the roof was completed.Fact: We had to pay a 3rd company $200 to have our house fan cleaned of roofing materials after the roof was completed.Fact: We were told by the PRQ project manager that there was no way the roof replacement could have caused this damage even though the gutters were clogged and the fan stopped working the day the roof was finished and both had substantial amounts of roofing materials in them.Fact: 6 months ago we were given an incorrect invoice (dated March 13, 2019) and told we had an overage on our account.Fact: We were told last week that our account was mixed up with another account and an accounting mistake made by PRQ's book keeper showed we now owed over $13,000. Fact: We are now being threatened with a lawsuit for posting this factual information telling others about our experience with PRQ.Fact: I would never, ever recommend PRQ to anyone.

"[Member Name Removed], the reason you are upset - You're roofing job (contracted and based on your insurance estimates) was for $15K. You made a $7K downpayment. We accidentally applied a $13K payment from a customer with your same last name to your Quickbooks account. This made it look like you had overpaid by $5K. We therefor sent you a check for $5K as a "refund on overpayment". You knew you had only payed $7K and that by depositing our incorrect refund check, that you would be paying a total of $2K for your $15K roof. This refund check happened in July. We caught our mistake in September at which point we immediately informed you of our error. You are upset because you thought you had gotten away with cheating us out of $13K. We have owned any and all mistakes made. Unfortunately, during a roof replacement roofing debris can make itself into unwanted areas such as vents. When we were made aware of the fact that you paid a company $200 to remove debris from the fan, we discounted that price from our invoice. This review is the first time I am hearing about roofing debris in your gutters. If this is true, please provide us with a detailed estimate and we will reimburse you for that as well. We are always extremely careful with making sure we cover downspouts during the project and completely cleaning gutters once the project is complete. But as I stated, I will reimburse you if you provide me with the gutter invoice you paid. Lastly YOUR CURRENT REVIEW IS A REVISED REVIEW. The initial review you left accused us of insurance fraud and "money skimming". This was completely false. I have been more than willing to review your entire claim on a 3 way call with your insurance company but you refuse because you know this is a false claim. Making these massively false claims is damaging to our company and that is why we sent you a cease and desist letter."

We hired PRQ Exteriors when our neighbors recommended them to us to repair the damages to our home due to a recent hail storm. They managed the entire project from start to finish brilliantly, and worked with our insurance company to get us the most out of the covered losses. All of the work was executed with professionalism, and everything was fully documented and permitted. Because of the damage done by the hail storm, we were able to get a new roof installed with all the recent code updates and a complete paint job of our entire home which included our entire fence line for just the cost of our home owner’s insurance deductible. It was literally $24K worth of repairs for $750 out of our pocket. They will never charge you more than your deductible upon project completion, and will never ask for a dime until the insurance company pays first. This made the entire project stress free from a financial standpoint, and our premiums did not rise because a registered hail storm is considered a natural occurrence, and not something that adds anything to the already existing risk factors that insurance companies use for cost adjustments. In the end, we’re so happy we chose PRQ, and are delighted to give them a glowing testimonial. Hire them, and you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent all the way around. They were doing our neighbors roof and we had them look at ours after we saw how great theirs was looking. They work directly with the insurance which made it really easy for us. They came in and did the job quickly and did a really good job cleaning up. The roof looks awesome to boot! I highly recommend them!

Jordin and his team at PRQ Exteriors did a wonderful job on our roof replacement. They diligently worked through all the steps with our insurance company and even found a vendor to remove and reinstall our solar panels. They simplified the process on our end as much as they could and delivered quality results. I highly recommend PRQ.

It's was wonderful. The crew did a great you job, they finished in one day. I have had a roof replaced many years ago on a different home. PRQ did such a wonderful job that I have recommended them to several neighbors. As a matter of fact, they are across the street finishing a job on the neighbors house as I write this review. The clean-up after the fact was wonderful. PRQ was able to get almost every nail that came from the old roofing picked up. Other property owners in my area comment on my new roof and have asked for the number to PRQ Exteriors. I hope not to have anymore hail damage, but if I did I would surely use PRQ again and highly recommend. Thank you Andrew and Pat.
