Just a quick mention to give credit where it's due. After warranty oil change service, the oil filter was leaking all over. Planet Hyundai wasted no time in getting that fixed for us within a couple hours. And they cleaned up the spilled oil conscientiously.

Oil Changes are done usually by drop in not appointment, but they always do their best to be quick.  The car is returned to you cleaner than when it is left as they always wash them.  The insides are clean as they cover the seats with plastic and the floors with paper mats.  I am quite satisfied with this dealership service department and will continue to use them.

When I bought the car from Planet Hyundai, I didn't plan to return for service (I live across town, and wasn't happy with the sales process).  But a couple of warranty issues brought me there, and they've been more than fair with me on each visit.  When I've called around to compare prices, Planet Hyundai is about average, and there are online coupons.  Everybody is knowledgeable and friendly (Dave is my regular service contact, and he's great), and they explain things clearly.  When I didn't have enough money for both the 60,000 mile service and timing belt, they helped me prioritize (did the service, and put off the timing belt till next oil change).  Compared to a couple of really hard-sell auto service places I've been to recently, this service department is the opposite - they suggest and inform, but don't push, which in turn makes me more trusting and happy to come back.  The trip across town is worth it, for this kind of experience!
