Such a heartbreaking experience with this company. After confirming the vehicle’s availability status I made a same-day appointment to come in and sign papers to purchase the vehicle as I live about 2 hours south of the dealership, financing was already set-up as it was a promise that if it was set-up the whole ordeal would take 60-minutes or less. I showed up at the time of my appointment only to find out that they were already in negotion with someone else when I got there. All 3 managers were told of my purchasing appointment that morning and made sure the car was pulled up, keys at the desk, and ready for me. I feel that my family was used as leverage to hurry up a sale for a walk-in purchaser. I notified the sales manager I was here for my purchasing appointment of the specific vehicle about 45-minutes prior to confirming the paperwork had just been signed, couldn’t he have notified that potential buyer that they messed up & stopped it before the paperwork began? Where is the integrity? All the GM, Sales Manager and Director of Business Development (whom set up my signing appointment) could say was sorry, with very little remorse. I was told on Saturday, when I first inquired about the availablity of the vehicle, that they are a family run shop that is very honest and happy to work with us. I feel that was a blatant lie and my soul feels robbed of my family’s time, energy and faith in customer service and humanity. Of all the managers, and then some, who knew we were coming to sign & prepared the vehicle for us, no one bothered to call us to see how far away we were, if we were still coming, etc. because they had another person interested. We were not given any courtesy or genuine remorse from all involved at this dealership. Beyond terrible experience.

I will use them again only because they are my closest local Honda dealer. They do ok.

They have an express service. If you don?t have an appointment, you can just pull in, for having a problem and they can either diagnosis it on the spot or sometimes fix it or make an appointment for you to come back. I like that. They are very professional. I like to go and look at the cool new cars while they are working on my old beater. You can have free wifi, watch TV, if you feel compelled to. They?ll have coffee and tea and whatever, they treat you like a guess. It?s very nice. 

They?re a little pricey. I?d give them a ?B?, because they?re a dealership they always charge more. I would grade quality an ?A?, or I wouldn?t go back.

Excellent service, no pressure, found the car I was looking for at the price I wanted. Included a warranty (power tran) DO NOT PURCHASE ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES: THE CAR COMES WITH A and quot;LIMITEDand quot;POWER TRANand quot; WARRANTY. The word limited means they warrant the things that rarely/never break. When the car had issues 3 months later, they charged me 220$ to DIAGNOSE the issue. The warranty didn't even cover that and I was stuck with the bill plus the repairs I now have to pay for.

I did not purchase from this location due to their handling of me and talking down to me.  I gave them more than one opportunity to make this right and they failed on each attempt.

I like their service department.  I went there last month.  The last time I was there, it was free because they had some program.  If you buy a vehicle there you would have an optional add on for oil change, tire rotation for free.  The life program there is excellent.  They never try to charge you for things that you don't need to be charged for.  I've always had really good experiences there.  They do good oil changes and tire rotation but I've never had to do anything major there.  There was one time that I did have work done and I priced at a couple of places and they weren't priced great for work outside.  They weren't the best price when I priced for other things.  The quality was great.  They were great.

This time they charged me the minimal amount which may have been $150.00 or $200.00.  They didn't have to do too much.  Last time they did a thorough inspection to see if anything in future was going to break down but they didn't find anything wrong.  They changed the oil and the filter.  It is the closest dealer to me.  I like the idea that they know Hondas and all the parts.  Reliability is very important to me so I take it to the dealer.  They have people that are properly trained in handling all kinds of Honda repairs.  The first thing you do when you move into a new area is find a good mechanic.  It doesn't have to be a dealer.  There are plenty of good mechanics that are either independent or work for another company as long as they know what they are doing with your vehicle.  My personal preference is to go to the dealer if their prices are reasonable and Planet Honda prices are reasonable.  I would advise people to go somewhere they trust.  Planet Honda has a van.  They have a good place for customers to wait.  They have got coffee and croissants.  The van will drop you off at your house so it's really good.

They were fine.  This was one of those quick needs type shops where you drop it off and they would have the car ready in about an hour.

I made an appointmen a couple days ahead and took the car into them the evening before my date. They completed the work on my appointment day. There were no surprises and no extras. They even washed my car. I have also had the car in previously to have an oil change while I waited. This is a nice service with no appointment needed. Other than typical somewhat expensive Dealer pricing, I have no complaints.

Their estimate is always what they say or really close. They have a pick-up service to come to the office and take me back, so it is real convenient. They are very responsive and very quick. Even if I don?t have an appointment, I can usually get in the same day.

Personally, I think that their service is wonderful. The dealership is just the right size. It's easy to go in and get the oil changed. I've been very pleased with them. They're definitely responsive.

This is the second car we bought from them. It is a great car and it is running very well. The prices are a little high but I guess it is normal considering that it is a car dealer. They even provide a shuttle service for the clients who leave their cars there for repairs and things like that which is very good actually.

The customer service I received was perfect in my book. There were no issues during the purchase of my vehicle. Everything went very smoothly and was easy. The sales guy was very helpful. I also have used their mechanic shop for another vehicle that I own and they have always done a good job.

Planet Honda does a very good job when working on my car. I have been very pleased with my experience in general. My only grip is that they don't always wash and vacuum my car which is in the Friends for Life agreement. I have specifically asked for this service when taking my car in, and 3 times out of 4 they have failed to do so.

SERVICE WORK AT A DEALERSHIP IS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT PLANET HONDA HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT ABOUT PROVIDING A SHUTTLE TO/FROM THEIR DEALERSHIP, WORKING WITH ME ON PRICE WHEN IT GETS EXPENSIVE, AND IN THIS CASE, THEY GOT ME A RENTAL CAR FOR A FULL DAY SINCE THE CAR WOULDN'T BE READY IN TIME.
