Delivery went fine. Truck driver was accommodating. Put the soil where I needed it. The top soil had clauds as dig as your fist pieces of plywood and some glass. Looked like it came from a construction sit. Then the real problem set in. When it was spread out, terrible weeds started to grow. This dirt cost $800. Now we have to brake up clauds, remove glass and dig up weeds. The cost of weed removal so far has been several hundred dollars plus labor. When my wife talked to the manager he basically told her it was her problem.

Pioneer sand and gravel company was very helpful in letting us know the difference in the materials. We decided which materials to go with and had them deliver them. They were very prompt in their delivery.

THEY ARE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 93, JUST NORTH OF 64TH AVE (ARVADA RESERVOIR), WHERE YOU CAN GO ON SITE TO ORDER MATERIAL. PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER SUPPLIERS. THEY DELIVERED ON TIME - QUALITY STONE.

WE'VE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE'VE RECEIVED. THIS PIONEER LOCATION EVEN HAS EMPLOYEES WHO ARE STUDENTS OR GRADUATES OF COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES, WHO ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY DELIVER WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND ARE EASY TO WORK WITH. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THE LONG GRAVEL ROAD YOU MUST DRIVE OVER TO GET TO THEM...IT DID SOME DAMAGE TO MY CAR ONCE WHEN WE MADE THE MISTAKE OF GOING THERE DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER.
