Holly, my therapist is very kind and personable. She is absolutely no-nonsense when it's time to achieve physical therapy goals. She knows exactly what needs to be done and makes sure you know how to do what you need to do. Have had other therapists in the office substitute when she is gone, they've been great as well.

It's refreshing to be in an office where everyone loves what they're doing, from people in administration to all the therapists and assistants.

After my my therapy was finished, I bought an exercise card that allows me to come in and use their equipment. It's different from other gyms/facilities, they have all the Pilates reformer equipment that I use for the non weight-bearing exercise.

At the time the staff was all women; I worked with two women named Marlena and Erica. They were highly supportive and they were very thorough in explaining new excerises so that I could do them at home. It is very easy to get there and parking is never an issue.

I think that they are very friendly. They are very knowledgeable. It is a small environment, so I get very personalized care. They also explain what the exercises are doing to help me. My insurance covers the entire bill.
