Excellent. Great service and cleaning at a great price. All items were expertly and thoroughly cleaned and weren't left soaking wet.

We called last week and asked if they could get us into their schedule within the week. Greg was able to schedule us on Sunday morning. He arrived promptly and did a beautiful job, including several heavily soiled areas. We were very pleased and will most assuredly use PARKER FAMILY CARPET CLEANING again!!

I have the carpets cleaned in both of our home every year and I always use small/family owned businesses. The service provided by Greg and John @ Parker Family Carpet Cleaning was outstanding. The best experience I've ever had with a carpet cleaning company. Not only did they squeeze me in at the end of their workday (I called then at approximately 10 am and they were here at 7pm - exactly when Greg said he would be here. The price was very affordable. Very friendly, professional, punctual, and the price quoted was the price I paid. NO nickel and diming me. My carpets look practically new (you wouldn't guess they are 8 years old). We have three furry family members in our homes and after the carpet treatment and cleaning you can't even tell that three dogs and a smoker lives in our home. I will NEVER use another carpet cleaning company again as long as PFCC is in business. I can't express how happy I am with the whole experience today with PFCC and how amazing my carpets look and smell. Great job guys and I'll see you next time.

This is the second time we've used Parker Family Carpet Cleaning, and just like the first time, we were blown away. We called Greg on a Sunday morning to see if we could squeeze in a cleaning before midweek- and he was at our house within two minutes. When you have people come into your house to do work, you expect the job will get done to your satisfaction. Which of course it did. What you don't expect is the level of service that Parker Family Carpet Cleaning provides. Greg is absolutely fantastic. He is smart, warm, positive, knowledgeable and he genuinely enjoys helping people out. If you live on the west end of town and need carpet cleaning, I would without a doubt hire Parker Family Carpet Cleaning.
