I m super picky about quality, price and customer service. I interviewed other roofing companies and decided Monarch offered the best value for what I was looking for. So glad I chose them. Patrick was assigned to my project. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the product and service they provide. He was my contact start to finish and was also on site managing the project the entire time. He addressed all my questions and concerns from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is picky and froogle as I am. Great experience! Plus roof looks amazing with great workmanship and quality. With a solid warranty standing by the work and quality...I feel very satisfied.

Monarch did an extraordinary job with our repair project. They were able to start on the project two weeks before the date originally given, completed the job in 2.5 days and matched the color of my home and trim perfectly. The crew at my home kept me informed through the entire process and were very careful about keeping everything clean. I would highly recommend Monarch.

They did a great job painted our home. They pressure washed, fixed boards, caulked and painted in less then a week. I had two pros come out. The 1st one wanted me to sign with right then and give a 50% deposit on the spot. No way I'm doing that. Monarch did NOT play any games. I paid the full amount only when the job was done. Side note: they painted my dogs little step into the house. This was so sweet and was one less thing I have to do. Thank you Monarch.

They were amazing from start to finish! I must have changed paint combinations a half dozen times and they had no problem with that. Each time they brought a quart of the paint I chose and painted a swatch on my house so I could see what it would like a day after drying. Then when the house and trim colors were chosen, painted my whole house (which is a duplex that I own) in less than three whole days - and this was in the winter! I even have a 7 year warranty on the paint job - unheard of for most local pain contractors. They scrapped away all of the bad paint and wood rot and replaced boards where needed and painted with no drips, ridges, or mess! They cleaned up so well after they were done I think they left it cleaner then when they started! True thumbs up - I would use them again and you should definitely do them the honor of painting your abode! You won't be sorry!

After getting 4-5 quotes they were the only ones that seemed interested when I told them that my insurance wasn't going to cover any of the hail damage to the side of my house due to the deductible being so high. They didn't care. The guy told me all they wanted was my business. They ended up being the less expensive out of all the quotes also. I highly recommend them!

They came by on Saturday for the estimate which I appreciated. They replace a section of gutter that was leaking and did a great job. The cost was reasonable. I'd hire Monarch again.

Tim Flores was great! He was my point of contact. My subdivision was hit hard with a hail story last year. Monarch was very patient with my insurance company (USAA) and did my roof, siding, window screens, gutters and redid the foundation exterior coating. Overall a great experience. It is nice to have a one stop shop for all my home repair needs. Also, having a company with experience dealing with insurance company's was a plus since I am first time home owner. The last of the repairs were completed last week and overall I would recommend them to others - they are also now doing my neighbors siding. THANK YOU Monarch! A+

This company far exceeded my expectations. They were not the low bid, but I am sure glad I went with them. An exterior paint job in the middle of winter is a tricky because of the temperature and weather conditions. Even though I wasn't in a hurry, they knew when to come and when to stay home. They did it as fast as they could and do it right. The most important part of any paint job is the prep and these guys were meticulous. They were here for days making sure that the house was buttoned-up tight. They even replaced some siding that they couldn't get to look good.
