Mile High Chem Dry

They did a great job.  I chose them because they have a fragrance free soap option for their steamers.  Strong cosmetic smells in cleaning products and personal care products contain phthalates which may eventually be banned as they are made from benzene a carcinogenic chemical derived from oil. 

Quick response to provide an in-person estimate (not a phone quess) - scheduled quickly - very punctual - very pleasant and efficient with good knowledge of carpet cleaning, spots and options. Excellent equiptment for a 6th floor condo. (high rise carpet cleaning should be a sub-catagory option in Angie's list). All carpet was dry in 4-6 hours. Very good results - I will certainly use this company again and would highly recommend them.

I would recommend not choosing them. I wasn't happy with them. I had to have them come back out, though they were willing to. Within two weeks, it looked like they hadn't been here.

I thought all of the Chem Dry companies were the same so I had another one come out first but we weren?t satisfied with the results. They were more thorough than the other company and they were more informative towards me.

The cleaner arrived on time, provided an estimate after a walk through and then began the cleaning process. It took approximately 2.5 to 3 hours for the cleaner to complete the job. Since we had recently purchased the house, we were unable to provide information about the stains present. Some came out, and some did not. In general, the carpet looked much better and definitely smelled much better. We are pleased with the results even though some stains remain and some high traffic paths remain darkened due to imbedded dirt. We are not sure of the age of the carpet, though the former owners claimed it to be "newer". We suspect it was never professionally cleaned before and may be between 4 and 6 years old. Chem Dry claims a one to two hour drying time. Our experience was that the carpet was completely dry by the next morning.

They come all the time and do a great job. There is never any residue left behind and the carpets look great. I have been using them for awhile and there have never been any problems. I am pleased and I am a very picky person.

They are the kind of people that you feel very comfortable about having in your home. They come out to do the work on time. They can clean up any spot, and they give you a discount if you are a regular customer.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB, SHOWED UP ON TIME, THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND QUICK. I HAD A BAD STAIN ON THE FLOOR AND THEY GAVE ME A COMPLETE GUARANTEE THAT IF THE STAIN RE-APPEARED THEY WOULD COME AND RE-DO THE WORK FOR FREE NO PROBLEM.
