over all it was a great job, his ideas to change the configuration of the stairway really inproved the look of my deck and my backyard

It was a slow project but that was because of the magnitude of it.  It took several weeks of looking at materials and designs, then securing the materials, etc.  There were a few short delays during the project due to prior commitments Keith had but we had understood this going into the project and none of these were prolonged.  Communication was the key and we had good communication both with Keith and his supervisor on the job who did an excellent job of explaining issues to us, asking our opinion and decisions and working with us.  The project went very well for a complicated deck.

Last fall we noted some discoloration in a few of the planks of the deck.  Keith has been very responsive in bringing out a representative of the company to determine the cause and solution.  This is appreciated since it doesn't always work this way but we feel we have a great relationship with Keith and appreciate his still "being there" to resolve any manufacturer's issues.

KJ Woodworks fixed all of the structural issues and developed a design for railings and surfaces that resulted in a very handsome deck and porch--both look more expensive than they are. KJ suggested a picket design for my deck that I would not have thought of. It really looks great!
