Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Repair
Robert did a great job tearing out, replacing the tile floor and glass shower door in my home. He was very thorough, and suggested that he do things above and beyond a basic repair to make sure that I didn't have problems in the future. He was able to finish the project by the deadline I had. I highly recommend Golden Wood and Robert for any repairs and remodeling

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Repair
Robert contacted us the morning after we posted the job. When he came out for the estimate he was very knowledgeable about our older house and offered several suggestions for repairing the tile work. He was able to go purchase the tiles and install them within a couple of days so our house is back to looking like it should. We are very happy about the service we received and how rapidly we were able to get the repairs done.

Great company and I would hire them again. It was an emergency repair and the company responded and showed up quickly. Did a great job. It was expensive for about less than 2 hours of work, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Drywall Repair
During the course of the drywall repair, a wire was cut accidentally. Goldenwood immediately contracted an electrician who arrived within a couple of hours, made the repair which turned out to be a bit complex, and enabled the drywall repair to be completed. Goldenwood paid all of the electrician's charges, no question asked and the drywall repair work turned out very nicely.

Robert responded to my work request promptly, and with little information I was able to receive a quote. He had excellent communication on the front end of the project, while we waited on weather and scheduling. Robert and Vern did a great job patching up the exterior of the door. Great work!

Robert and Tim did an excellent job finishing my bathroom and doing repairs to the plumbing and other areas. Robert called me within 10 minutes of me posting my needs online and came right out to look at the project. They came shortly thereafter and got to work - completing the project in a professional, friendly and expert manner. Robert also made suggestions that worked very well. Robert was very timely in responding to the original request for an estimate. He showed up on time and did the demolition without much dust or mess. He installed the new green board and tile in a very professional manner and did the final cleanup of the job very well.

Most of the job was done well, I did have to take apart and redo one portion. The bill was almost double what my insurance had estimated and I purchased the most expensive materials, myself. When I requested a breakdown of material and labor, he would not provide. No accountability for cost, no adjustment for unacceptable work that needed to be redone. I cannot in good conscious recommend. Acting like it is absurd to request a cost breakdown, I feel like it was not given because the total price could not be justified. Disappointed
