I told him specifically where I needed a security camera set up. I needed it above a spotlight to hide it. He installed it below the light, which made it completely visible. He mumbled that it was "too much electrical" and refused to move it. By not setting the camera where needed, he caused me not to have video evidence of a break in. My playback was blurred by the spotlight. He is condescending and arrogant. I felt he wouldn't listen to me because I'm a woman and that he intentionally sabotaged me. I had to pay another person to come out and clean up after his shoddy work. Also, the price was only for labor. I paid for the cameras and cables. He walked off with the extra cable and some tools. He claimed to have dropped one tool into the AC unit and didn't know about the other one. He also scratched up the camera's dome cover. When I returned the camera to purchase a new system, the company deducted $1200 for the damage and missing tools.
Description of Work: I used Larry to install a security camera surveillance system.
