Greg did a great job for us. Came out to diagnose the problem, gave me an estimate for the parts and repairs and scheduled the return visit. He showed up at the appointed hour and did the work for slightly less than he had estimated. We will use him again without hesitation.

They went above and beyond in not only installing a new dryer timer, but also checking the vent system to be sure it was unobstructed, vacuuming the interior of the dryer and sweeping the floor after they were finished. Most companies would just install the part and leave. Hire them for fast service.

Greg was my repair person. He called to let me know of his arrival progress. He kept every thing clean and dry. Researched all of the possibilities so that he had pieces and parts when he arrived. Problem solved before installing an expensive part. Very personable. Called the next day to make sure every thing was working had suggestions for follow up of a vauge ice maker comment. Definitely will have him come again if their are any more problems

Greg was prompt, polite and thorough. He went above and beyond coming to our house to repair a refrigerator within the half hour of our contact. He went and retrieved the part needing repair and returned within the hour to fix the fridge. We appreciated his professional demeanor and knowledge. We will definitely use him again for appliance repair!

Greg showed up on time. Tried the most conservative fix first (no parts), which unfortunately didn't work. He returned quickly and replaced the thermostats and its worked fine since then. Cost was reasonable and service was first class.

Greg was very prompt, and honest. He worked on the turntable on my microwave. The motor had power so it was probably the motor burned up. Greg got a new motor and was back within 3 hours. The new motor didn't work and Greg determined it was the main board. He was honest in telling me it would be better to buy a new unit. I only paid for a diagnostic visit, although he spent several hours trying to determine the problem. I would definitely hire again.
