They performed the services as described, returned all my old parts, and came in about $100 under their original estimate. Car was ready for pickup the same day and the car drove great, no problems. They also tightened a heat shield on the catalytic converter that had been rattling, at no charge. Service advisor Ken was courteous and professional. This is one dealership that I have always felt confident taking my car to, knowing the work will be done right and at a reasonable cost.

Generally okay. Service intake person upon hearing the problems immediately began offering responses as to why the problems were not related to the original replacement of the radiator. Since it was obvious the radiator or a hose or gasket were the issue (the vehicle had to be towed in because all the coolant had leaked out), it was irritating to listen to an uninformed "defense" of the prior work. The mechanic determined that the radiator was defective and a new radiator was put in.
There is still a lingering coolant smell coming through the ventilation system on occasion, but the car is going back in on June 10 (primarily unrelated to the radiator problem), but that will be part of the recheck.
I have had my Subaru serviced at this dealer since 2008 and have generally been well satisfied.

It's a lot less expensive than the other dealerships I could bring it to. I could probably save a little bit more money by going to a local place but these guys specialize in working with Subaru's. I'd rather pay up to 20% more for people who have been trained to deal with these type of cars. I feel like it's all worth it when it comes to what they're doing under the hood. It seems like they do a pretty good job of squaring everything away. However, I've had one item that's been a reoccurring problem and it's getting quite frustrating.

I enjoyed working with them; I thought they were really good. The mechanics really know what they are doing and they always take the time out to explain to you the problem with the car. They have never overcharged me and they are a great place to go for your car.

The brakes were inspected and found to be in adequate condition. The rear window defrost was repaired. The car had an oil change and the wiper blades were replaced with a better quality blade.
