Great! Everyone worked hard all day long on the day of the install. Rob, our foreman, checked on the job frequently. He also met with us a number of times before and after the day of installation, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. And we did! The roof looks great.

We first contacted Rob Burgett with Crown Royal Builders(CRB) in February to address some ice dam problems we were having with our metal roof.  Being pleased with Rob's work, we asked him to inspect our house and prepare a punch list of work to be done prior to listing our house for sale.  That meeting was mid April and Rob had crews here 3 weeks later to address the work.  I felt I was in an episode of "Flip My House!" 
Gutters were  torn down and new gutters installed, concrete was hammered out and removed and re-grading and new concrete poured.  Roofers started tearing off old shingles and replacing with newer quality roof shingles.  Painters started prepping outside surfaces and re-chalking. Electrician arrived and tore out old kitchen fluorescent lights and began installing newer can lights.  This was all done in the first 3 days.  The outside painting was completed on all buildings in one week.  The second week, painters moved inside.  Some wallpaper was removed and walls, window and door sashes and frames were prepped and painted.  All wood trim was either stained and polyurethane sealed or painted.  Same with built in bookshelves.  Did I mention that our house had been re-modeled 20 years prior, so this work was needed.  Plumber worked on installing sink drain fixtures and trim and tile expert cut out old mold area and re-chalked tile showers and re-grouted glass block.
I can't say enough how incredibly smooth this operation went, like a well oiled machine.  Rob's contractors were all professional, masters at their crafts and timely.  All the work was completed, work spaces cleaned up and Rob checked everyday on work progress and marked with blue tape any areas that needed touch up or more work.  Rob is a great guy and contractors obviously appreciate working with him.
Would I use Royal Crown Builders again?  Absolutely, except our house sold in one showing and we are now moving out of state!
Only because of Royal Crown Builders did we get such great results.  Enough said.

I fugured Rob would send out some of his crew workers, but right on time on our scheduled date, Rob arrived with an assistant.

The work was done on time and they even sealed other potential problem areas that we had not discussed in the bid.  the total bill was exactly as the estimate, although they did the extra work and had to purchase more sealant product.  The best test was this last week, we had a heavy downpour with quite a bit of small hail.  I ran out to the garage where the leaking had been the worst and the garage was dry as a bone.  Great repair job and rob was extremely pleasant to work with.

The project was well managed from the estimater to the crew that did the job.  Work was done promptly and according to plan.  Job was completed in 2 days, clean up was very good, and am quite pleased with the new roof.

I had gotten them as a referral from someone else. They called me back promptly and came back to give an estimate promptly. He showed up on time. He thought it would take three days, but it only took one with his crew helping. The work that they did is great.
