Cindy reviewed the condition of my sewer line and gave me invaluable advice. She was thorough, professional, pleasant and very attentive, considering the circumstances. During estimate, was told that since they didn't know how much concrete would need to be removed or how deep the pipe was, where the break was or what the pipe was made of, job could cost up to $1400. Ultimately though, best case scenario. Found the break right where I said it was requiring minimal concrete removal. Pipe was shallow and plastic (easy home depot part to repair). The concrete repour had only to be flat as it was covered with outdoor carpeting, so easy also. Overall, very simple repair, still charged $1400. When workers pulled back carpeting they tore it, so I deducted $100 to fix it. While the job done was satisfactory, except for the carpet tear, the price was exorbitant.
