Description of Work: Owner did a poor job or managing his scheduling of subcontractors, hired movers for our furniture but no pod to store them in, was not present when we were told he would be there, his prices seemed high compared with other area contractors, and his subcontractor was unreliable, telling us he would arrive by 9am and not showing up at all that day. We had to become confrontational to get the project finished, and the project was delayed by five days past the original completion estimate.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. They were on time and cleaned up their mess. They were explicit on what we should or shouldn't do to the floor once it dried.
Description of Work: We had our hardwood floors refinished. They sanded them all the way down and refinished with natural polyurethane.
