We were impressed with their knowledge of the different types of fabrics.  After comparing with Lowe's we decided to go with them.  They did a great job.  Very thorough, and were in and out within a few hours.  We LOVE the new carpet!

I went there before I joined Angie's List a couple of times and we weren't really happy with the sales people. We didn't know what we wanted. The first time, I was looking for some kitchen flooring and I didn't know what we wanted and they didn't have a big collection. We were under a time constraint so I just got some linoleum that we put down ourselves. We also bought carpets and we were also under time constraint. They didn't have a lot of patient with us because we didn't know what we wanted. We would ask about prices and we would look at something else. They have to answer a question again or something and they didn't seem to have a lot of patience with us. They had the full range of carpets from a dollar a yard to $5, $10, $15 a yard. They have a large selection but again, it just comes down to the salesman's patience with a buyer.

This carpet exchange had very friendly and helpful staff.  We shopped around quite a bit and their prices were competitive.  We picked them because they could install within a few weeks.  Others were at least a month wait.  They did a very good job.  Installation guys did a great job and were professional.

Vinyl install was fine. Hardwoods was Murphy's law...starting with delivery of about 50 cases of 3 1/2" acacia that was basically all "shorts"...unusable. After several days with my old flooring removed and OSB plywood subfloor as our main living level flooring, we worked out an arrangement for replacement of the lousy wood with 5" wide acacia...beautiful wood (but more $). Installation was by a competent 2 man crew, but was very slow, dragging on through Christmas...

I was very pleased with that but I will never have Pergo put in my kitchen or bathrooms again. There were 2 young men from Czechoslovakia who took pride in their work. I was pleased with the tile work. There were some gaps between the tiles. The lady who installed my kitchen tile said that she thought it was because of house settling and that there was nothing one could do about it. She gave me some grout to fill in those cracks. They did a fine job. I will use them again for tile work.

His work is high quality. He is a very personable young man, very open. When he says he is going to be somewhere he is there when he says he is going to be. He is very respectful about being inside our home. I highly recommend him.

Alex was very helpful in picking the carpet & pad. They measured and installed 2 days later.
