First, although advertised as open on Sundays, they were closed. Second, we had to call them to find out if car was ready; they told us "yes, come down" and we did. But they had just waxed the floor of the sales room and we couldn't pay and had to come back in 15 minutes. Very inconvenient. No apology. Third, added a "service parts" fee of $7+ without breaking out what the parts were. Also, when they quoted us the tire price, they said that included "everything" but when we paid, we still had to pay for tire disposal. This company took our check and put it through a system where it automatically transferred from our account and handed the cancelled check back to us. We believe the "service parts" fee was actually to cover the cost of this "service."
