Very Professional, knowledgeable. Andy knew the market and priced the condo accordingly. He and his team marketed the condo on multiple platforms. I had the pleasure of working with Andy Verleger and his team on my very first home purchase. I did not have any knowledge or understanding of the market or how to purchase a home. Andy really came through for me in walking me through the entire process, made recommendations on who to speak with for home loans, and the steps to take to ensure my application went smoothly. He was knowledgeable about the area I wanted to purchase in and was extremely responsive to my requests to view a home. His team responded typically within the hour either via email, text, or call with the next available showings and someone was always available and on time to those showings. Without Andy's help I think that my fiance and I would still be looking for a house in this crazy Boulder housing market. Andy made purchasing a home extremely easy and painless. As soon as we got started Andy was great at taking our personal needs into consideration to find us the perfect home.
