24/7 Flood Response Inc

Our experience with 24/7 Flood Response was amazing! We had an outside faucet freeze and didn't find out about it until after 3 days of the swamp cooler running ! The crawl space was flooded and we were freaking out. Within an hour of our call Vincent came out to evaluate the situation, gave us a quote and began the process of removing the water. Follow up visits to check on the progress of emptying the water and then setting up dehumidifiers, and finally removing debris from the space. All techs were so nice and knew what they were doing. They worked with me very well on times to come and check on things. The final bill was adjusted from the estimate to reflect any changes in how things played out, it actually got a bit lower!! I feel that for the time these guys put in, equipment needed, the pricing was more than fair. I'd call these guys in a second if I had an issue like this again!!! I will also recommend them to anyone I know that needs help with flooding! Thanks Vincent, Jesse and Eddie for being so great!!!

They plugged in an industrial dehumidifier and fan and left. They did not do any water removal from the carpet. They had a little stick that measured if there was water in the carpet, and there was. They arrived on the 4th and were planning to leave the machines for 3 days. After 2 days, the carpet seemed dry, so I called and asked if they could pick up the machines sooner. There was no contract, and nothing was written down. When the young man came with the bill, I told him $640 seemed a little high for just plugging in 2 machines. He said rental equipment is expensive. There is still a very musty smell in the room. Addendum: This company has since contacted me and explained why the project cost so much. I now understand what went into the water extraction project and feel the cost is close to what other companies would charge.
