Description of Work: They fenced our yard, built a deck. enclosed a garage and separate entry into a bonus - exercise room, finished an ADU, and painted. Mark, one of the owners, also built a beautiful built in bookcase in the new room - it receives praise from all who have seen the room. The quality of work, professionalism, advice, and punctuality of schedule is first rate - bar none. I already have future projects for them! They have set a high standard!

+ -1 more.Eric is a very competent pleasant young man. He gave me bids before each job which were detailed and he explained all the costs. His bids were rarely the lowest, but they were not crazy-high either and well in the ball-park. What impressed me, and why I would pay a bit more for his work, is that his crew are meticulous in the job they do. He will not leave a half-a** job. His father installed the bannister and newell posts which required some very skilled trim work. Mark is obviously a seasoned professional. The only problem is when Mark wanted to alter his sons bid after the fact. Obviously a spirited discussion ensued, but we got it worked out. I plan to hire this company again to rebuild a deck; install and refinish doors, and other projects around the house. Just get detailed up front bids ahead of time, and then go through the job before they start to be sure noting has been left out to surprise you afterwards. I recommend these boys without any reservations.
Description of Work: Small Construction company run by Eric Larsen and his father Mark. I hired . I hired them to put down hardwood flooring in living room and dining room. A second project was to remove carpeting from a stairway and replace it with hardwood flooring. A third project was to replace a bannister and install newell posts and updated fixtures. And another project was to sand and refinish a walnut floor in the kitchen.
