The worker showed up on time at 9:00am. I showed him the area to be cleaned as discussed with the owner a few days earlier. I also asked to clean some additional area that wasn't included in the original estimate. Of course there was a cost adder for that. He got to work and finished a couple hours later. The carpet was a little damp that evening and dry the next morning.

They were recommended by a friend, and I was very happy with them. They came very quickly and they removed some very tough stains from my dog. They did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet, and I thought their prices were reasonable. They were extremely pleasant and friendly, and I appreciate the fact that they are a family business. I have absolutely no complaints, and I couldn't say enough good things about them. I would absolutely use them again.

It's the cleanest carpet I've ever had. They rinsed it and thoroughly dried it. They offer 100% guarantee. It's 15 year old carpet and it looks almost new.
