We specialize in new residential construction, complete home remodels, kitchen & bath remodels, ADUs and mother-in-law suites. We also provide comprehensive property management services. Since 1996, McSwain Builders has been offering quality, value and superior craftsmanship. We are knowledgeable and experienced with sustainable construction management practices including solar, geothermal, energy efficiency, green building solutions and smart home technology. We make every effort to use locally sourced, locally milled and reclaimed timber products. We recycle on all job-sites.
