Flooring America of Glenwood Springs

Description of Work: Flooring America was great. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their customer service is exceptional. Chris, Jason, Brenda, Billy and Scott all went way beyond the call of duty. Billy installed the flooring and carpet. Excellent work. You won't be sorry.

Description of Work: The workanship was great. The problem was it wasn't what I requested from the guy who came out for the estimate. We spent a half hour discussing my desire to have the laminate slide inder the existing base board. We decided it could be done because of the elevation of the base board from the floor. After the job was done 1/4 round had been applied around the base board instead of leaving it hidden under the base board which fit like a glove. All in all not really bad but the workers stopped the 1/4 round in the middle of a couple of the hip walls with a 45 degree cut and stain on the end. The problem I think is with the person doing the estmate and getting the instructions either didn't relate the info or by the time it filtered down through the store manager, the English/ Spanish speaking G***** foreman to the people actuallly doing the installation, the instructions were lost in translation or ignored. Do request that the people doing the estimate are the ones doing the work and Don't use anyone who has a filter down method of providing or not providing their service. Good luck with that
