They did a great job, it did take 3 days. The overall bill was high, but a crane did have to be used to put the unit on my roof. The installation looks very professional, and the installer was very courteous and thorough.

Gary is our hero! His knowledge and experience saved the day and helped us pass our long overdue (as in almost a year overdue) final inspection. This meant we were granted our Certificate of Occupancy and could finally move into our home! We are so thankful Gary offered to perform the heat load to determine if an additional heat source was actually necessary. This $100 heat load saved us so much money, time and stress. Also Sabrina and Alexis are caring and so helpful. Thank you Climate Control!

Our furnace quit running and we called Climate Control. We were tortured with a sales representative to determine which furnace we wanted. It took a week or longer for them to return to the house to install the furnace.
The day they were coming to install the new furnace we could not be home. We decided to have our daughter skip school and stay. I get a call from her and she said "Mom, don't panic just tell me how to turn off the gas." I asked her inside or outside- she said I think outside. I told her the top of the propane tank had a valve that would turn off just like a water valve. She said bye!
About 20 minutes later she called me back to let me know that everything was alright. She had given the workers our fire extinguisher and raced out to the propane tank and turned off the gas.
They had disconnected the old furnace and NEVER turned off the gas. When they began moving it out of the furnace room the gas ignited from the pilot light of the water heater. No property damage happened because my 16 yr old was smarter than either of the workers.
When I got home I found my brooms were singed beyond use and the furnace room was no longer dusty..... and then there is that wonderful spot of pipe glue they dropped on my linoleum floor. One nice purple spot in the middle of my laundry room on beige tile. Can't remove it- have to live with it.

That was the first time I used them. It was terrible; I'd grade them the lowest. The technician that came out was really good, he explained everything to me. They originally said that for the first hour it was going to be $85, and then they ended up charging me $ 200, because he cleaned something on my unit, but it did not fix the problem. I found the code and when I talked to him, he said I need a box that goes on that. They wanted to charge me close to $ 400 to replace the box. I found the box online for a $100, and it took me 5 minutes to change it, as a home owner. I was like you want to charge me $400 for a box that I found online for a $100, it took me as a home owner 10 minutes to put it in. I was not impressed with them at all, and not only that, they lost my transition somewhere, and if I had not called them back, they would have never even, got me a price for replacing that box. It got lost in the shop or somewhere, not that I used them anyway, once I found out the price. The first time they were responsive, the second time it was not. What work the technician did, he did well. The staff in the office was rude.

"For $89 we send one of our professional, NATE certified technicians to your doorstep. This includes the costs of diagnostics to troubleshoot the problem. Sometimes the apparent problem is only a symptom of the root problem. If you don't identify and correct the root problem the sympton will reoccur. As part of the diagnostic we will present the best and most economical options. In this instance our service technician diagnosed the system and found the client had a dirty flame sensor, which he cleaned, as well as the ignition module needed to be replaced. The World Wide Web is a wonderful tool allowing people to purchase products at a much lower price, often even less than the price we can purchase it for. Unfortunately when you purchase online there is never a guarantee on product reliability or warranties. At Climate Control Company we provide a 30-day parts and labor warranty as well as the manaufacturers warranty when installed by a certified technician. We are pleased our technician was able to diagnose and thoroughly explain the repairs needed to properly fix your boiler."
