+ -1 moreThe lady I spoke to, named Ramona, was rude and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She would not give me the money she owed me and did nothing but stonewall me when I asked for the full amount I paid for the pants! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism, not to mention they can't even do their job! They misplaced clothes before, and luckily found them, but this time they just flat out lost my clothes, and would not pay me back! Also, I brought pants to them to be sewn and it never got done!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!! There are enough other cleaners in the valley that no one should have to deal with what happened to me!
Description of Work: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They lost my clothes and would not reimburse me the full amount for them! GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE VALLEY BUT HERE!!!
