David is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. I have been involved in a 22 month long HOA dispute and David Karchner has been more valuable than the combined talents of the 4 attorneys I have paid more than $25,000 for.

Mike (GC) was on top of the job. Had to change one of the subs mid hob, but all got completed on time. Job site was cleaned daily.

David was a great partner for us in our total home renovation in 2021. When we hit some challenges and delays during COVID pandemic issues, David was always available to help resolve and move our project forward.

Hired this company, run by a trusted friend and college fraternity brother, to do a remodel and addition to my home. Apex had problems with subcontractors - the company’s own cash flow - and as GC was very lax in supervision of the work done. As a result, numerous errors occurred resulting in tearing our previous work and redoing various things. Because of Apex’x cash position, I was forced to pay for the fixes that should have been paid for by Apex. Several items in my home were broken - again I paid for replacement. Owner promised to repay - and then went silent. Apex never completed their punch list. I had to hire other contractors to finish what Apex did not. I am out over $40,000 because of Apex’s inability to finish their work.
