I went into Alpine tire, for changing my tires. They advised me that my tire rods needed to be replaced. These were just replaced by Toyota 3 weeks ago. They also charged me for 3 alignments in 3 months. When confronted...they denied it and said if they did, to please bring in all my alignments...which I still had...and they would reimbursement me. Alpine tire was not receptive that they made a mistake.



I have not been back since. they bait and switch and try to charge the un-knowledgeable consumer...additional charges that are bogus. I cannot recommend Alpine Tire for any of their services.
