Very disappointed
Description of Work: Terrible shop. Rude people. Services not performed that we were charged for. Car had to be taken to another shop for original repairs and repairs caused by Alpine motors. The owner Will Hammer is deceptive and devious. Very unprofessional with unqualified mechanics. Everyone in Glenwood springs seems to know this, however we just moved here and were the new people who got duped. We have filed complaints with BBB and American Express as well as AAA.

Six weeks before our move I went into Alpine Motors to buy boxes and reserve a truck. A week and a half before our move date I called Alpine Motors to check that our reservation was still in the computer and simply make sure all was okay with the agreement. Upon asking if there was anything more I needed to do the man whom answered the phone said, "You're calling too early." I simply stated that I wanted to make sure we were in the computer as I was well aware many people must want trucks at the end of a summer month. He replied with, "You're calling too early. You are in the computer." Surprised, I said, "But you do not know my name." Again he stated "I know that you are there. It is all fine." So I said in a friendly, joking voice, "Thanks, and I will be sure to pass on that you also had very friendly customer service." His reply: "I could care less."
Description of Work: Alpine Motors is a Uhaul rental company as well as performs service on vehicles. We were only in contact with them for their Uhaul services. I purchased boxes from them and also reserved a Uhaul truck.
